Ok, so...there are many of you who have been clients here in the past, present, and some who would like to be a client.
I have a few programs for you guys that can keep you in training mode...to keep you going through the summer without a huge time committment..but with proven results.
- 3 One hour Personal Training Sessions, 1 Months Membership AND 1 Month of free Beach Boot Camp Sessions! $200 for this special which would save you...$75!
Get your session in, and then come back during the week for your cardio and your own workouts. Its a great way to stay on track and keep you coming back to stay in the best shape possible. I currently have three clients who do this special, and they all come back and workout, and hit those one hour sessions hard. - Build Your Own 30 Minute Personal Class!!
3 - 4 People, $15 per class - 5 - 6 people $12.50 per class Get a few people together and YOU decide what you want to do! You'll still get structure, guidance and direction, but you decide what you would like to work on. Its personal training in a class structure meant just for groups. - Full Body Boot Camp - Guts and Butts - Legs and Abs - Circuit Training - Bi and Tri Burn Class - More....
- Beach Boot Camp, $15 for non clients, $10 for clients, FREE for those with the $200 package. (Every Saturday morning at 7:30am, 40 - 45 minutes)
Lets get in the sand and feel how much it makes a difference. Squats, Lunges, Skipping, Four Corner Runs, Pushups, Triceps and more! When you're done, hang out and stay on the Beach for some sun before the crowds get there.

4 days a week, 15 minute sessions that hit all your muscles in less time. Its a great way to get into the workout mode, or to keep yourself going in a very short session. - Multiple compound exercises that hit multiple muscles in individual exercises. - 4 days for multiple muscle groups and reinforcing muscle groups hit in previous workouts. - Burn Calories by hitting all those muscles with no rest. - For those who truly have no time, but want the benefit of training. (always suggest 30 - 60 minute sessions for maximum results, but these workouts will improve strength, cardio and calorie burning) - Can be done with multiple participants...so get your friends ready!
