occasion, or would like a private personal training session here or
there, or just take in a class when they want. They want that extra
push on occasion to help them in their other workouts or are looking
for new exercises to keep them motivate on their own.
Pay as you go Fitness Services are great for you then, and cost
effective.
(We ALWAYS recommend consistent workout
schedules to accomplish your goals, but PAYGO Personal Training is a
great alternative if you workout at home, another gym or need an
extra boost) |

Personal Training $65 Per Session
Already working out and need a push to help you get more out of your
home or gym workout? Maybe you like once a month to just feel more
informed and need that occasional push...60 minutes is great to learn
new exercises or be pushed in the old ones....stop in, we'll help. |

Personal Training $45 Per Session
Don't have time for a full 60 minutes? Looking for a quick, cost
effective workout program that is tailored to your goals and wants?
Like a high intensity workout that hits your entire body? Then this

Guts and Butts, Full Body Band Camps, Bootcamps. All Classes are Pay
As You Go, or pay for 5 classes and get one free! (3 people
