Training your body or anything else is a process. Try it too quickly
and your body won't learn what it is being trained to do. Do it too
slowly or improperly and it won't be trained at all.
The outcome should be that your body has been TRAINED to be in a
better state than it started in. Your body fat should be lower and
your lean tissue higher. Your conditioning should be better, and
your strength increased.
If you train it over a period of time, it will remember its new
state and THAT will be your new body.
The great
thing about training at Fitness By the Bay is, you'll have YOUR own
time slot. You'll be accountable for the time you come, or don't
come. This promotes better results, and ensures you stay on track.
